Meet the Founder

Woman-owned and woman-run, Maisy Ru & Co. was founded in 2023 by Lily Schneider. Miss Lily has 10+ years of childcare experience and is a University of South Florida alum. She graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Shortly after, Maisy found Lily, and together started their entrepreneurial journey in Tampa Bay. Lily specializes in working with infants (as young as a few weeks!) and children with special needs. Her favorite activities include supporting other small businesses in the Tampa Bay Area, walking along the St. Pete Pier with Maisy, and trying new coffee shops and breweries! Lily’s spirit animal is a hummingbird.
